How does the Membership Work?
As a Singer's Box Monthly Member, you'll receive a specially curated selection of premium quality products for your precious vocal cords, immune support, career inspiration, and music resources every month.
Singer's Box is a membership and you will be charged immediately after selecting the Monthly plan. Once you sign up, you will get an email confirmation of your order and will have access to your Singer's Box account, along with immediate access to our *Singer's Box Community where you can chat, connect and share your singing journey with other members who are as obsessed with singing as you are! * Singer's Box Community Forum will launch on 8/2021.
All prices are listed in USD. Any applicable taxes will be detailed in your Singer's Box invoice. We are currently shipping within the US only.
Gift a Singer's Box - EGift Cards
Want to gift a friend a Singer's Box subscription? Singer's Box E- Gift Cards may be purchased by clicking on Give a Gift button on the site. Gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. If you have any questions about gifting, feel free to reach out to us at support@singersbox.com
What will be in my box?
Each box includes a mix of premium quality products for your voice, overall wellness, career success and inspiration. During the month we will post "sneak peaks" of some of the items on our social media channels and in the Singer's Box Community Forum.
We strive for all of our products to be 100% natural or organic.
What's your cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next billing date or you will continue to be billed on a monthly basis.
To cancel, log into your Singer's Box Account and click cancel or pause memebrship. There are no cancellation fees. Cancelling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. You will receive an email confrming your cancellation after your cancellation request has been submitted.

If you are not fully satisfied with Singer's Box, for any reason, please reach out to our support team and we will assist you with any issues you may have.
What's your cancellation policy?
Singer's Box does not accept returns and all sales are final.
If you have received your order, and there are any missing, damaged, lost, or defective items, they must be reported to us within 7 days of your delivery date. Please contact our customer care team by sending an email to support@singersbox.com and they will assist you with filing a claim or getting your items replaced. Please note that some add on items may be shipped separately and arrive a few days after (or before) you receive your monthly box.
I have a problem with my order.
If you hae a problem with a product you have received, please send us a photo and a description of what the issue is to support@singersbox.com. Our Customer Care Team will reach out to you and find the appropriate solution for you.
Events Calendar
Once you become a Singer's Box Member, you will receive our Events Calendar via email. You may subscribe directly to the events listed on the calendar.
Where is my order?
Your box, along with any add on's, will ship on the 30th of every month after successful billing. We will send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped from our Florida warehouse. Delivery times may vary, however, usually received between 4-7 days.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed on the 15th of every month. Cut off date to receive the current month's box is on the 28th of every month. All boxes ordered after the 28th of the month will receive the next month's box.
